How the Partner Channel works
The Partner manages its own dashboard, channel branding, publishing activity and community. The Partner must own every item it uploads or hold written authority to distribute and monetise it, and must comply with Kora’s technical, editorial, safety and platform rules.
Revenue sharing
The Partner receives 70% and Kora receives 30% of Eligible Net Revenue attributable to approved Partner content. Eligible Net Revenue means revenue actually received and cleared, subject to the definitions, deductions, reporting and payment provisions in the complete agreement.
Promotion and community responsibilities
The Partner must actively promote its Channel and titles on its social-media channels at least once every week, use the official Kora links, and make reasonable efforts to grow and engage its community.
Main Kora placement
The Partner gives Kora standing permission to select, feature, promote and make approved Partner content available on the Main Kora platform without separate notice or permission for each placement. The content remains connected to the Partner and the agreement’s revenue terms continue to apply.
