1. 14-Day Free Trial
Eligible new customers may receive a 14-day free trial before their paid Kora Stream Africa subscription begins.
You may cancel at any time during the free trial to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable fee will be charged using your selected payment method.
2. No Refunds After the Free Trial
Once your 14-day free trial has ended and your paid subscription has started, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We do not normally provide full or partial refunds for:
- forgetting to cancel before the free trial ends;
- cancelling after a subscription payment has already been processed;
- not using Kora during a paid subscription period;
- partially used subscription periods; or
- changing your mind after a paid subscription period has started.
3. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal charges. If you cancel after paying for a subscription period, you will normally retain access until the end of that billing period. Cancellation does not normally generate a refund for a payment already processed.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, charged an incorrect amount or charged because of a billing error, contact Kora support. We will investigate legitimate billing errors and, where appropriate, correct the charge or issue a refund.
5. Unauthorised Payments
If you believe a payment was made without your permission, contact us as soon as possible. We may request reasonable information to investigate the transaction and protect your account.
6. Service Problems
If a significant technical problem caused by Kora prevents access to a paid service for an extended period, contact support. Where appropriate, Kora may consider a refund, credit, subscription extension or another reasonable remedy. Any remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
7. Refunds Required by Law
Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right or other remedy, Kora will comply.
8. How to Cancel
Customers should cancel through their Kora account or subscription settings. Once cancellation is completed, the subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
